Max spent fourteen years in the United States Army, including multiple deployments to the Middle East. He was wounded in combat twice and came home with a Bronze Star with Valor and a Purple Heart.

After leaving the Army, he served nine and a half years as a sworn law enforcement officer, learning the civilian side of the same mission. Protect the vulnerable. Work to stop harm before it reaches the innocent. Do it with discipline, not theatrics.

Now he's focused on the people closest to home. P23 Security serves the churches, daycares, senior living communities, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations of Southwest Florida. The places where community happens, and where security planning is often an afterthought.

We don't sell fear. We help clients prepare. Most of them don't need armed guards. They need someone who can look at their space with trained eyes, help them build a plan their team can actually follow, and stay involved to help it work over time.
